In Memorium

On August 26th Brian Harris was shot and killed in the line of duty. He had responded to a call for back-up. He has left a huge hole in the hearts of his family and the community as well.

Brian was a humble man who served his community as a Deputy Sherriff in Kane County Utah and served his country during the Gulf War.

Brian and his wife of 18 years had been planning for 2 years to build a new home. Their current home was built in 1918 and is in bad need of repair. Brian had actually fallen through the roof last year doing repairs.

The community Brian Harris served and was a part of, has come together to complete this project that he and his family started. This community is responding as his back-up, to build a home for those left behind, his wife and 2 daughters.

"Thanks to all who have contributed to this amazing project! The time and money given so generously has created what we see today: A ROOF THAT DOESN"T LEAK!!! As we continue to receive donations the house continues to progress. With your comitued support we will have this family in their new home by the first of the year! This is truely a home built by love."
